Sleep well
            To have a balanced life, you need sleep well. When your mind, your body and your skin feel relax, you are more capable to do many things and you have more concentration in what you do. Also, you have more success and a better life.
            First of all, sleep well is excellent for the brain. You need to sleep approximately nine hours during your night to feel good. When your brain is relax and you don`t think about any stress, your idea is probably better and your head is more qualified to do a good job or to do what you suppose to do. In addition, when the brain is calm you are able to be concentrate, think and to do a good choice. For a balanced life, sleep well is recommend and bring more energy for your brain and that is great.
            Secondly, sleep well brings a lot of good things for the body. The body need to have a moment where your bones don`t move or workout. During you sleep, your body renew the energy and repair your stretch muscle. In this moment your body relax and slow down. After a really good night, when you get up on the morning your body is like new because it is renovate all the energy and to be ready to attack the day. The body is a large part and need to have a break, so during the night is good to sleep well and to be as fit as a fiddle the next day.
            Thirdly, sleep well is a high-quality to be and feel good in your skin. When you sleep well you wake up in the morning with a smile and with a good feeling. You are smiling, happy to begin the day and as fit as a fiddle. I know that when you sleep well, your day is more enjoy and joyful. Moreover, with this nice feeling you sense good in your skin and that is a fine feeling about yourself. Also, you have a good looking and it likes you has a wonderful and happy life.
            To conclude, sleep well is really fine to have a balanced life. That brings many excellent things to feel good and to have a better life; for the brain to relax and don`t have any stress, for the body to renew the energy and repairs the stretch muscle and finally you fell so well in your skin.  I think to sleep well is a good thing to have a good balanced life because it brings a lot of positive in your life.
