Junk food VS Good food
To have a good balanced life, the preference is to have a good alimentation, so eat a good food conversely to junk food. There are a lot of differences between these two types of alimentation and many contrasts.
First of all, the good food is the best thing to eat to have a balanced life. There are a lot of reasons and proofs of this type of food is good and it is the most excellent to eat to be in good health. The good food, such as, fruits, vegetables and others are as much nutriments as the bad food. The nutriments bring you more energy and you find it on healthy food, so not on junk food. Also, to have a good alimentation is healthier than fast food. On the other hand, to eat well is as more expensive as ready meals, but the quality is better on these foods. In addition, eat high-quality foods avoid to have some health problems or some diseases contrary to bad food.
Secondly, junk food is not a good idea to eat everyday because this type of groceries is less than healthy to produce. For example, Mcdo or frozen dinner don’t bring you a lot of high and energy to continue your day, in contrast these put you down. However, junk food is less expensive to have a good alimentation. Moreover, the junk food is as faster to cook or to get as good food. It is why people are tendency to buy these foodstuffs. Also, there are a lot of disadvantages to eat scrap food; probably give you health problems, heart problems and some disease. If you eat that you almost certainly overweight, difficulty with your heart because your body have a fats substances on it and maybe cholesterol. In contrast, you don’t have these problems if you eat an excellent food.
In conclusion, junk food and good food have only differences and really not the same way. Junk food has a lot of inconveniences conversely high-quality food. To have a balanced life you need to eat good food and something with a lot of nutriments.  The good quality in what you eat is recommending being healthy opposing the terrible food.

How to be ready for an exam



In school, all exams are important because you need this education to progress to another grade of school. To have a good mark in all of these, you need to prepare yourself. How is the real question? There are five steps involved preparing for an exam.

First of all, to be ready for an exam you need to go in your class and to be attentive in what the teacher teaches. In contrast, if you are don`t present in your courses, you miss a lot of important things that probably in relation with an exam during this semester. Unfortunately, missing some essential subjects are not a good idea because it is evident you lost many marks in your exam to be in relation with the theme that you miss. Then, it is not what you want.

The second steps, you need to listen very well and take notes in all of your courses. That is a good point because after your class, you can read all of these to remember and understand perfectly this way. The best thing to do is read frequently your comments or your notes to know what you learn. Then, when it is the time of the exam, you are almost ready because you know all of these. The reason is because you have read these many times before. I think it is a good method to learn a lot and to be ready for an exam.

After that, when the big day is almost immediately, you need to study to be really ready for your exam. Dependent your method to study, you can write or said in your head what you suppose to known to be completely ready to do your exam. You need to be in a place actually silent to be more concentrating during you study, such as, the library, the basement or simply in your own room. Conversely, if you are near than someone who talk or singing it is more difficult to you to remember what you need to know. So, the best way is to studying alone and in a calm place to be concentrating.

Next, the night before your exam you don`t supposes to be study because your memory don`t learn or remember when it is to last time. So, you need to relax your brain and your mind and to be positive and trust yourself concerning your exam. You can study but not too much because your brain will be crazy. Be sure you are ready for your exam the evening before the exam, if you don`t want to feel nervous.  Also, you need to sleep well and have a good night so that you will not be nervous and anxious.

            The last steps are important because there is the morning of the exam. When you wake up and get up, the good thing to do is take a good breakfast to have more energy to be more concentrating for your assessment. You need to trust yourself and believe in your skills and then your exam will be great. If you put all of the effort to be ready, you probably have an excellent mark and maybe to surprise yourself!

            To conclude, to be ready for an exam it not complicated, but need more efforts. You need to be motivated and ready to put the necessary attempt. There are five important steps; go in your courses, take notes, read it, study, have a good sleep and breakfast. Then you are ready to attack your exam with confidence. With all of these you probably have an excellent mark that surprises you!

There are many interesting places to go on a date. When you invite someone on a date, it is important to have good activities to have fun with each other. I think the goal of a date, it is to know more and more about this person, so I think you need to do activity or go in a place that you love. There are a lot of places to go on a date depending the hobbies of each other, but there are general interesting places to go without disappoint her or him.
             First of all, the most interesting popular place to go in a date is having a dinner in a restaurant face to face. There is an excellent place to go because you can talk a lot together. For example, you can learn the different hobbies, activity, culture, values, principle about him or her. It is really good to know because the next date is maybe more personalize and less general. In short, have a date in a restaurant is a good idea because you can talk and it is the best thing to do to learn about this person.
Secondly, the other general place to go in a date is the movie theatre. I thing this place is less interesting to go because you cannot talk with the other person, but maybe for the first date is a good idea. For be sure, there are not awkward silences with her or him. Sometime during the first date the person are more shy and nervous, so they are less subject or idea to talk.  In short, the movie theatre is a good place to go on the first date to put each other comfortable.
Thirdly, for a date you can go to do an activity in fresh air, such as, take a walk, take a picnic in the park, ride of bike and another. The fresh air activity is always pleasant, so I think it is a good idea. Then, when you do that, you can talk and have fun together. These activities are relaxing and not stressful. In short, a date in the fresh air will be great mostly if the weather is with you.
To conclude, the best places to go on a date are depending to each one because the interests are different. The general places are to go in a date are go to the restaurant, go in the movie theatre or an activity in the fresh air; these activities are the most popular for every person. Also, if you do one of these activities for the first date, you’re probably learning about the other person. Next time in your second date you can do another activity or place to go that she or he love more than because you know more this personality.
