The gym

The gym is the best place to do some exercises, and where I live, the gym (YMCA) is gigantic and great to workout. When you enter the YMCA by the front door, you could see the big pool, and to your left, there are counters. If you need information or some help, there is a great team for you. Behind the counter you see the equipment for weight training and to do some muscles. Such as, trade mile, bike, mat, ball and many machines for each part of the body. All of these are in a large room to surround of window. It is really gigantesque and you have a lot of space. When you go out, you could see a corridor, and to your right you have more than one changing room. Also, if you want to do some class like fitness, yoga, abdomen, step, dance; you have the possibility to do. The class is up stair in a big room and everybody can go. You need to take the door to your left when you go out of the training room. After that, you turn at you right take the door, turn at your right, open the door and take up the stair. Then you are at your class. In this gym you have an opportunity and choice to do a lot of exercise that you want. In short, the gym offers several of things to do and there are a lot of spaces to work hard to stay in good shape. This place is relaxed and roomy, so you feel so good and calm when you go in this gym.

What was my happiest day of my life?



What was my happiest day of my life?
My happiest day of my life was my graduation at my high school. It was unforgettable because I felt proud of myself, emotional and I felt like a Cinderella.  

First of all, I felt proud of myself because I finished my high school; I never abandoned what I was beginning. For example, my school, my sport, my project, and my objective even it was difficult. I  was always persevered and it why I was proud of myself. 

Secondly, the feeling was great and sad because the secondary was done, but it was the beginning of the other part of the life. Each other take your own track to be a person who wants to be and for they career. I was sad about that because I was afraid to lose somebody that I loved. On the other hand, it was the end of the secondary and it was pleasant because I am going to do what I like and I am going to start the new experiences; new school, new friends, new projects and it is like a new world. 

 Thirdly, the graduation was like a dream for each girl, because you think it was a Cinderella day. It was real; I wore a beautiful dress that I chose with the beautiful shoes, I went to the hair-dresser, someone make up me and somebody took a lot of pictures of me. It was a Cinderella day and it was real to say that.

In short, the graduation was great and unforgettable. We felt proud and happy even they had some sad moments.

Take time for you!


                                       
After a big day, it is a good idea to take thirty minute or one hour for you before going in your home. Take time to relax and do something that you love.  

Firstly, it is important to relax yourself after a long day in your job. It is a good idea to do before going in your home to take the evening routine, mostly if you have children.  When you take time for you, such as, thirty minutes or more, permit to you to relax all of you and renew all of your energy. After that, you are ready to take the night schedule. The advantages are; you are more patient, less irritated, and happier and you have more fun.

Secondly, do an activity that you love is the best for you. Normally, if you don`t take time for you after a big day, you never take time for you. That is not good for you. You don`t need time for you every day, but two or three time by week it is fine. In addition, do something that you love, for example, take a coffee with your best friend or go in shop it is good. It is just time that you need to relax and take time for yourself. After that, you feel good and more contented.

To conclude, take time for you more once time in a week is a good thing to do. You need break and do something that you love, if you never do that, never you profit the life. There are a good advantages; renew all of your energies and finally you are calmer, patient and happy.

Activities and sport > relax you brain and your mind

The sport is a good way for everything about the health, and well being. There is like a remedy to relax you, calm you and very good for you. There is the best solution to be happy.

First of all, to do sport is a good idea to relax you. It is actually important to calm down your mind. When you do some physical exercises, you mind don`t have time to think about your personal problems. When you move, your brain need to concentrate and you are in your own bubble. It is really good to think about nothing and just live the life, with no problems. 

Secondly, if you don`t take a break, your mind are less and less smart and accumulate a lot of fatigue. That is not good for you because you are easier to irate and impatient. 

Finally, the better way to relax you brain and your mind is to do sport. After that, your life will probably better because you will happier.

Do you know that if you do some exercises and sport it is really good for you?

Do you know that if you do some exercises and sport it is really good for you? When you do physical activities, you have better chance to feel good and to feel well in your skin. There are a lot of advantages to be active: good shape, good for your health, good for you heart, more energy and then you are happier and enjoy. To be active it is a part of a balanced life!

First of all, to stay in good shape you need to do exercises to move your body. There is the first part to be in good condition. You need to do activities that you love; walk, jog, skiing, skate, soccer, basket ball, everything that you move and you like. If you don`t like what you do, you are not motivate and you lose heart. There is not a good idea because your objective is to be in good shape.

Secondly, do physical activities is really good for the health and for your heart. When you do exercises, your health is better because the sport weakened the disease or some problem that you can have. Such as, tension, asthma, muscles or diabetes. Do sport is actuality a good solution to prevent a lot of problem about the health.

Thirdly, you have more energy when you do something that not in relation with your job or family. You need to renew all of your energy and you can do it in doing some sport and physical activities. I think it is the best to do. If you don`t renew your energies you are more tired and exhaust. It is better for you to have all of these to have a better life.

Fourthly, to do activities give you another feeling. You feel happier and enjoy because to do sport is a true remedy to forget the problems and what you have in your head.  After that, you feel very good in your skin and in your body. This feeling appear in the face of the people and it great to see that. Happier is a good and positive thing to have a better life.

Finally, do sport or some physical activities are in reality a better thing that you do for many reasons; to be in good condition, good health and absolutely more joyful. To be energetic is a good element to have a good balanced life.

A Balanced Life

It was hard for me to choose my subject because I have a lot of interests. My principal interest is the sport and the health, so I take a subject in relation with that to create my blog. There are three reasons why I choose this topic.

 First of all, I choose this topic because I think it is really important to be good in your skin, and to be in good health. I think that it is not enough to produce my blog, so I thing in general and I take the title: A balanced life. This includes a lot of topic that I want to write about. 

Secondly, it is a good subject because I am going to learn a lot, I don`t know everything in relation to that, I probably need to do some researches. I am really enjoyed to learn more. Learn about thing that you love is always pleasant and it is more easier to write about that after. After that, I am happy to share or to explain my work at my parents or my family because it is a topic interesting and important in the life of everybody.

            Thirdly, a balanced life includes a lot of things about people. Such as, sport, health, good in your skin, eat good foods, sleep well and another. A balanced life is a big theme and important for everybody and I think there is a good topic. I have a lot of theme to learn about and just as bringing to me many news things and positive things in my life.

To conclude, there are three principle reasons why I choose to write about a balanced life in my blog. I find it is important to everybody, and bring me positive things to learn more concerning that and they are many subject to create a balanced life.
